Lower Tule River Irrigation District

In 2015, ITRC performed a Rapid Appraisal Process (RAP) evaluation at Lower Tule River Irrigation District (LTRID) on behalf of the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) as part of a program to assist local disadvantaged communities (DACs).  The evaluation focused on potential modernization opportunities for water conservation and improved water management.
