of volumetric tanks, a weigh tank, an elevated flume,
and a pumping bay for testing N.I.S.T.-traceable flow
measurement devices and pumps
- Designed, built, and
provided training for ITRC Flap Gates

numerous flow measurement devices, including trash
shedding meters and new electronic volumetric meters
- Evaluated, designed,
and modified a float valve to prevent water hammer and
provide flexible delivery to farms from a closed
conduit distribution system

effluent misuse, and windborne aerosols
- Benchmarking of
