:: ITRC Facilities - Planned Expansions ::

ITRC has exciting plans to expand and add facilities in the near future.  Two major projects are:

 

• The Innovative Technologies for Sustainable Irrigation Building.  This 24,000 sq. ft. building, to be located next to the Water Resources Facility, will contain office space, a conference room, a technology demonstration area, and testing facilities for hydraulics, SCADA, and electronics.

 

 

 

 

 

 

• The Flow Measurement Facility (QMF).  Modeled on the existing USGS Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility in Mississippi, this facility will provide water monitoring infrastructure and services to water districts in the Western U.S.  Services will focus on water delivery methods and modernization, and will include new technology research, design, and low-cost distribution.
